The Alfred jacket is a double-breasted jacket in superfine wool.

Crafted from a prunelle weave for maximum durability, with supple superfine merino wool from the Italian house Vitale Barberis, it offers a very strong DNA.

In the Heritage line, the jacket is half-canvassed and the lining is cupro.

Alfred is a classic double-breasted jacket, made from a soft super-fine wool from Vitale Barberis Canonico, woven in a prunelle weave for greater resistance.


The Heritage line offers high-end tailoring finishes, with a semi-canvas construction and a cupro lining. Of course, the buttonholes are functional.

The cut is rather fitted. The standard version features metallic gold buttons to evoke its maritime origin and provide a strong identity.

You choose your options according to your taste. The outer pockets – and the ticket pocket – can be flapped, patched, or slanted jetted. The inner lining can be chosen from 16 colors. It can be full or half-lined – allowing the back to breathe. Similarly, the vents can be double – Italian style – or single – French style – and the buttons can be customized beyond metal.


To enhance the jacket's personalization, a 20-character text will be embroidered below the left inner pocket. It's up to you to be creative!

The Alfred jacket fits true to size. It is slightly more fitted than the Gianni jacket from our ready-to-wear range. We recommend choosing your usual jacket size. The back and sleeve lengths are customizable. Please feel free to mention this in the comments.

Style: The double-breasted jacket is ideal for tall and slender men, and for rather formal occasions, with or without a tie. It visually broadens the shoulders and slims the waist by cinching it. It can be worn as a separate, with trousers that contrast in color. It should be closed to achieve the optimal visual effect. Its double-breasted buttoning originally met the need to protect oneself from the wind – like a pea coat – in the navy.
