KNOW EVERYTHING
We create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces just for you, tailored to your desires. It's one of a kind!
In store , we take your measurements and correct any imperfections by trying on a prototype.
That's a half-measure .
Online, you choose your fabrics, accessories, and lengths via a questionnaire.
It's about personalization .

Five steps are required to create your project:
1. You determine which part to customize
2. You choose the options: fabrics, finishes, embroidery
3. You confirm the measurements
4. We are launching the manufacturing process
5. You try it in post-production
You can do it very easily online. We'll guide you through a comprehensive personalization questionnaire. All you need to do is provide us with your measurements.
In our boutique, you benefit from our tailoring expertise and a wider selection. We take your measurements and correct any imperfections (posture or body shape) by having you try on a prototype tailored to your size. We recommend fabrics that suit your lifestyle.

1° Determine the part to be personalized
The "catalogue" of items open to personalization is really wide: suits, jackets, trousers, blazers, raincoats.
With a wide selection of fabrics and options, you're sure to find a piece for every occasion. All this while staying true to our sportailoring DNA: timeless elegance in service of movement.
A wrinkle-free suit for your travels or a ceremony?
A wrinkle-free and breathable safari jacket as an alternative to a blazer in the summer?
A very stylish mid-season raincoat in Storm System®?
Find the piece that will serve as the basis for your project using the examples below.

2° Choose the options
This is the most stimulating step because it's the most creative! Whether online or in store, you're guided to make it very simple.
First, you choose the fabric and its color . In store, we will recommend the fabric that best suits your lifestyle, the occasion you are planning, or that will best flatter your figure.
Next, depending on the garment, different finishing options are available. Button or zip closure for a raincoat? Flap, patch, or welt pockets ? Viscose or mesh lining ? Tonal or contrasting interior piping ? What color for the contrasting collar? Or the buttons ?
Finally, there will be the personalization embroidery . What text? What thread color? Where to embroider it?

3° confirm your measurements
Our garments are cut "Italian style", slightly fitted.
95% of customers ultimately choose their usual size.
Accurate size guides help you make the right choice online. For added assurance, we recommend measuring a garment that fits you perfectly while it's laid flat.
In the store, we have you try on sizing samples to determine the best fit. But we also adjust the shoulder line, bust, the front of the hem, and overall posture. It's a semi-custom service .
The big advantage of online customization is that you can also choose your sleeve length, back length, waist size or inseam length for pants.

4° We start the production
This step brings your project to fruition.
We will only confirm the launch at the workshop after receiving your agreement by email on all the options chosen.
From there, you'll need to wait 4 to 5 weeks for trousers, a jacket, or a suit. And 6 weeks for outerwear. You'll be notified as soon as we receive your order.

5° You try in post-production
It's important to make sure the custom garment fits you. Try it on in the store before taking it home—or at home if you ordered it online.
And we correct any errors in the brief, or elements that the workshop may have misunderstood: insufficient/too long length, bending, etc.
The circle is thus complete. You have a unique garment, made for you.

NEED HELP?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Good question!
The made-to-measure service is available in our boutique. This is where we take your exact measurements and correct any "imperfections" noted when trying on a template. Uneven shoulders. Forward/backward arms. A prominent stomach. A stooped posture... Down to the half-size. We then guide you through a wide range of fabric choices, finishes, or accessories, so that the piece you buy perfectly suits you!
Customization is available on our website. Here, you customize your piece via an online questionnaire. You select your options from a rich, but more limited, range of options than in the boutique. And by providing us with your size details.
Yes, we have set up an online questionnaire, with the main options.
You fill out the questionnaire and pay on the website. We then confirm your chosen options by email. We only place the order once we're completely satisfied with your wishes.
Of course, the options (fabrics, finishes, and measurements) are more numerous in store. And we co-create with you.
We offer a detailed size guide for each piece. Feel free to review each measurement. And feel free to ask us any questions (live chat, phone, or email (contact@wolbeparis.com)).
You can also measure (ideally flat) a piece that fits you perfectly. And transpose its dimensions.
There's no such thing as a stupid question. It's our job to answer them!
We generally indicate 6 weeks. But it varies depending on the piece and the season.
It's 4 1/2 weeks for a suit, jacket or pants.
It takes six weeks for a piece of outerwear—jackets, raincoats, coats, safari jackets, or 4- or 5-button jackets—especially during the ceremony season (April-June). Because the workshop teams are redeployed to work on costumes.
The price of a personalized piece is fixed for a category of fabric, and a set of specific finishes.
It then increases if you choose a more expensive fabric or order directly, a finish not included in the initial pack (high waist, fancy lining, elbow patches, contrasts, etc.). Or if your size exceeds 60.
In any case, your agreement is based on a clearly stated quote. And it doesn't change after that.
Unfortunately not. This is a unique piece, which we will not be able to resell.
That's why we spend a lot of time confirming your chosen options before placing your order. We also spend a lot of time discussing your project in detail beforehand.
However, if corrections are necessary during the post-production fitting, we will assist you with the necessary alterations. So that your piece fits you perfectly.
