KNOW EVERYTHING
Personalization involves creating a unique piece, on your initiative, from a template.
This experience is undoubtedly the best we can offer you.
It is easy, infinitely creative but also processive.
Let us guide you!

Only 5 steps are needed to create your project:
1. you determine the part to be personalized
2. you choose the options: fabrics, finishes, embroidery
3. you confirm the measurements
4. we start making
5. you try in post-production
You can do this very easily online. We've developed a comprehensive questionnaire to assist you, and compiled the main customization options for each piece.
The in-store experience, however, remains richer. This is where you'll find the widest selection of fabrics and finishes. And you'll benefit from our expertise in taking measurements and answering your questions.
Here are the details of each of the steps.

1° Determine the part to be personalized
The "catalogue" of pieces open to customization is really extensive: suits, jackets, trousers, windbreakers, raincoats, shirts.
With a wide range of fabrics and options, you're sure to find a piece for every occasion. With a focus on our sportailoring DNA: timeless elegance at the service of movement.
a wrinkle-free suit for your travels or a ceremony?
a very light and packable waterproof jacket?
a very elegant mid-season raincoat in Storm System®?
Find the part that will serve as the basis for your project using the examples below.

2° Choose the options
This is the most exciting step because it's the most creative! Whether online or in-store, you'll be guided through it so it's as simple as possible.
You first choose the fabric and its color . In the store, we may try to order the fabric of your dreams, if the workshop does not have it.
Then, depending on the pieces, different finishing options are available to you. Button or zip closure for a raincoat? Flap, patch, or piped pockets ? Viscose or mesh lining ? Tone-on-tone or contrasting interior piping ? What color for the contrasting collar? Or the buttons ?
Finally, comes the custom embroidery . What text - 14 characters -? What thread color? Where to embroider it?

3° confirm your measurements
Our templates fit true to size.
95% of customers ultimately choose their usual size.
Accurate size guides help you make the right choice online. For added confidence, we recommend measuring a piece of clothing that fits you perfectly—laying it flat.
In the store, we have you try on templates by size, to determine the size - or half size - that is right for you.
The great thing about customizing is that you can also choose your sleeve length, back length, waist size, or inseam length for pants.

4° We start the production
This step makes your project a reality.
We only confirm the launch at the workshop after obtaining your agreement by email on all the options chosen.
From there, it will take between 4.5 and 6 weeks for the workshop to ship your part. You will be notified as soon as we receive it.

5° You try in post-production
It's important to make sure the custom garment fits you. Try it on in the store before taking it home—or at home if you ordered it online.
And we correct any errors in the brief, or elements that the workshop may have misunderstood: insufficient/too long length, bending, etc.
The circle is thus complete. You have a unique garment, made for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Good question!
To determine your size, we use templates made in the workshop in all sizes (from 46 to 62). These will determine the corrections we will make to your project. A more or less strong cinch. A greater or lesser length. A shoulder correction. To the nearest half size. This is customization, or "half-measurement."
Tailors who practice "made-to-measure" work from your exact personal measurements, taking all the necessary measurements to create a "custom-made" piece.
Yes, we have set up an online questionnaire, with the main options.
You fill out the questionnaire and pay on the website. We then confirm your chosen options by email. We only place the order once we're completely satisfied with your wishes.
Of course, the options (fabrics, finishes, and measurements) are more numerous in store. And we co-create with you.
We offer a detailed size guide for each piece. Feel free to review each measurement. And feel free to ask us any questions (live chat, phone, or email (contact@wolbeparis.com)).
You can also measure (ideally flat) a piece that fits you perfectly. And transpose its dimensions.
There's no such thing as a stupid question. It's our job to answer them!
We generally indicate 6 weeks. But it varies depending on the piece and the season.
It's 4 1/2 weeks for a suit, jacket or pants.
It takes six weeks for a piece of outerwear—jackets, raincoats, coats, safari jackets, or 4- or 5-button jackets—especially during the ceremony season (April-June). Because the workshop teams are redeployed to work on costumes.
The price of a personalized piece is fixed for a category of fabric, and a set of specific finishes.
It then increases if you choose a more expensive fabric or order directly, a finish not included in the initial pack (high waist, fancy lining, elbow patches, contrasts, etc.). Or if your size exceeds 60.
In any case, your agreement is based on a clearly stated quote. And it doesn't change after that.
Unfortunately not. This is a unique piece, which we will not be able to resell.
That's why we spend a lot of time confirming your chosen options before placing your order. We also spend a lot of time discussing your project in detail beforehand.
However, if corrections are necessary during the post-production fitting, we will assist you with the necessary alterations. So that your piece fits you perfectly.
