The Saharan jacket is an old military garment, the official uniform of the British Army in India at the end of the 19th century. Structured with epaulettes, a light belt, and numerous patch pockets, it was designed to withstand hot climates. World War II, and the conflicts in the Sahara, gave it its current name.

We're revisiting it today because we find it very practical with its pockets, and lightweight. We're offering it in a fabric perfectly suited to the season: a100% twisted wool(of the type "Fresco") of the English houseAlfred BrownIt is a wool yarn twisted on itself, which offers a very breathable, almost wrinkle-free weave, and with a lot of shape retention.
