Twisted Wool Suit, Heritage Line

The Twisted Woolsuit from the Heritageline combines a fabric ideal for travel and warmer weather with optimal tailoring finishes.

Twisted Wool is the equivalent of "Fresco". It is a historical English wool, woven with a self-twisted yarn.

This gives it 4 major advantages:
1) the weave is airy and therefore very breathable
2) it is wrinkle-resistant. The twist acts as a spring that returns the fabric to its original shape when creased
3) it perfectly resists humidity
4) the tension of the fabric offers a dry feel and allows for perfect shape retention


The jacket from the Heritageline is half-canvassed. This means that a traditional canvas is sewn into the upper part of the jacket, between the two layers of fabric, at the chest and lapel.

This canvas is not fused: it is attached by stitching and works naturally with the fabric. The lower part of the jacket remains fused.

This construction offers an excellent balance between comfort, flexibility, and the suit's drape. The lapel rolls more naturally, and the jacket breathes better.

You choose the inner lining (cupro, a more luxurious version than viscose), the pocket shape, and the personalization embroidery.

Regarding the trousers, the Heritageline allows you to choose a very tailored waistband: a long button tab and side adjusters for precise adjustment and optimal waist comfort. Then, typically, the pleats, pockets, and hem finishes.
