Wolbe Gift Card
The gift card is valid on the entire website and in stores for 6 months. It functions like a promotional code, which must be entered at the end of the purchase process. It can therefore be used only once.
You'll receive an email after your order with a personal code to activate. You can then gift it instantly! You can also receive it by mail if you prefer.

Deliveries
The delivery scale depends on the geographical area and the amount of the order.
For France
- free delivery to parcel collection points and to your home (3 to 5 working days)
- express delivery (1-3 working days) at €7
For Europe (except Switzerland and Norway)
- home delivery (4-6 working days) at €8 for an order < €600
- home delivery (4-6 working days) at €12 for an order > €600
For the United States, Australia, Canada, Switzerland and Norway
- home delivery (4-6 working days) at €43 for an order <€600
- home delivery (4-6 working days) at €50 for an order > €600
RETURNS
You have 30 days to change your mind, return a part or get a refund.
Returns are free in France , upon request to retours@wolbeparis.com. We will then send you a return slip. And everything goes through parcel relays.
However, if you ordered from outside France , you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The return address is that of our store: 3 rue Chabanais 75002 Paris. Please do not hesitate to contact us at retours@wolbeparis.com.
