Our clothing encourages freedom of movement.
Here are the details that set us apart.
Exclusive, inspired by our experiences and suitable for tailoring.

a zipped pocket
How many times have we lost a key, a card, or some change? While sitting on a train or on a motorcycle...
To definitively solve this problem, all our city pants have at least one zippered pocket on the front of the pants. It's usually hidden inside the right front pocket. But it can also be sewn into the seam.
Very often, you'll also find a zippered pocket on the back right. We can never be too careful...

The button that changes everything
On our shirts, you'll find a small button positioned 4 cm below the last button. And it's an important detail.
It keeps your shirt pressed against your body and prevents it from slipping out of your pants. Tested and approved, particularly during our numerous two-wheeled trials.

reflective strips
Visibility is essential on two wheels. But your legitimate request is not to compromise the elegance of the look.
Reflective strips are hidden under the cuffs and in the collar of our ready-to-wear outerwear. Simply turn up the sleeve or lift the collar to make yourself more visible.

UNDERARM ZIPS
It's a myth that we sweat less in the city. We accelerate a lot.
To optimize ventilation in our ready-to-wear outerwear, they feature invisible zippers under the armpits. Open them when you're on the move. Close them afterward.
Obviously, the best way to avoid sweating is to choose the right layering. On your skin, wear a merino or 37°5 shirt to wick moisture away and keep you dry. And a breathable thermal layer as well.

stretch, just right
This is the priority! So we emphasize the stretch properties, without overdoing it.
City pants are made of naturally stretchy merino wool, or with a little elastane to accommodate movement.
But we also use jersey - a micro-knitted merino wool - on our jackets and polo shirts for sublime comfort, 100% merino.

more length
To avoid having your back and wrists exposed, especially when riding a two-wheeler, we have exaggerated the length of the back and sleeves.
Just what is needed. It is a deliberate choice.
This doesn't detract from the aesthetics, but it changes everything in practice!

the off-center buttoning
For us, it's a question of aesthetics...and versatility.
To be as elegant without a belt as with, our city pants—except the Gaspard and the Edmund—all have an off-center button placket. While retaining the belt loops.
Succumb to the Wolbe touch.

never relax
If there's one annoyance we hate above all else, it's seeing a sweater stretch out. Either in length, or in width. Or in the sleeves.
To avoid this, we have developed a very effective method. The mesh is knitted very tightly (in 16 gauge), and our pieces are pre-washed.
They are therefore stable over time. They do not stretch. And they do not shrink either. Provided, of course, that you follow the delicate wool wash cycle.
