Its fabric comes precisely from the down under the thick wool of the camel. It is exceptionally soft.
Name origin : The Fenice is Venice's legendary opera house. In French ‘le Phenix’, the name is predestined for a theatre that has been through two fires - in 1836 and 1996 - and has risen from the ashes each time. With its sumptuous neo-classical décor and 5-storey balcony, it has seen the premiere of several operas by Rossini, Bellini and Verdi.

The wool comes precisely from the down under the camel's thick wool. The camel has a double coat: on top, its hair is long, stiff and irregular. They are called ‘jarre’. Shorter fibres make up the down on the underside. These hairs repel dust and are said to be ‘antistatic’.
It feels exceptionally soft and fluffy. It's magical!

Deliveries, returns and exchanges
Our clothes are designed and made to fit perfectly, in accordance with the brand’s characteristic fit, clearly detailed on the website. So that you can try them on with complete peace of mind and confidence, here are our delivery and returns conditions.
Parts manufactured to order, and assembled specifically to your personal specifications, will not be returned or exchanged.
For Metropolitan France, Monaco and Corsica
We deliver free of charge in 3-5 working days in a relay point -in partnership with La Poste- and to your home -Colissimo delivery without signature-.
You have 40 days -from its delivery date- to return a product to us (except for “made-to-order” parts).
The garment must be perfectly clean – no odour, no stains, no marks – and without any redhibitory defect when it is sold again under the same conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse the return in this case.
The return is free of charge.

You will receive a return label to drop off the return box at your nearest parcel shop.
To limit the impact on the environment, use the box that was used for the first delivery – a self-adhesive tab is available under the pediment. Reinforce the box if it seems too fragile.

The cost of delivery is indicated at the time of check out (grid attached).
You have 40 days -from the date of delivery- to return the clothes.
The garment must be perfectly clean -no odour, no stains, no marks- and without any redhibitory defect for resale under the same conditions.
We may refuse a refund/exchange where appropriate but beware, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
