Innsbruck angora wool coat

1 050

A very elegant coat in an exceptional fabric, selected through upcycling at LVMH, in wool and angora.

With the minimalist, rather straight cut of a car coat - buttoned all the way up to the neck for protection from the cold - it keeps you warm with elegance and softness. Its deep colour complements both formal and casual outfits.

Care

Each year we launch an UPCYLCING capsule using selected LVMH fabrics. The principle is simple. Rather than launching a production run of 300 metres of fabric, we use existing unused cuts. Less wasted resources for the planet, less stock. And ultra-exclusive series for you. It's a win-win situation.

After last year's baby llama, here's another exceptional fabric: wool mixed with angora. Needless to say, it's going to be very soft.

The Innsbruck coat follows the straight cut of a car coat, with a buttoned fastening to the neck rather than lapels. It has two large outside pockets and 2 on the inside.

Unlined because it's already thick, it's minimalist. Only a contrasting beige suede collar enhances its elegant DNA when you turn up the collar.

Name origin : Innsbruck is the magnificent capital of the Austrian Tyrol, renowned for its winter sports and imperial architecture. A city with a unique atmosphere, it has twice hosted the Winter Olympics, in 1964 and 1976.

Fabric Italian double thickness

80% wool, 20% Angora

Angora wool is one of the finest fibres available. It retains heat and absorbs moisture to keep you dry and warm. It is almost 9 times more insulating than sheep's wool.

Made in a workshop in Romania, working for some of the world's leading high-end ready-to-wear brands. Supervised by French teams, respecting our environmental and social convictions.

Labels Oekotex 100, Bluesign, Iso 14001

the coat fits normally

The fabric is a double wool, so the thickness of the coat - even though it's very light - doesn't necessarily suit a jacket underneath.

Style : Minimalist in cut, and rather straight, the coat Innsbruck is fairly classic. Like its colour. But it's been deliberately designed to allow all kinds of colour combinations. Particularly those that stand out like the sky blue or off-white of our stand-up collar jumpers. It goes with formal and casual outfits alike.
